Worst product ever bought, the phone is heating up like it’ll blast any moment. Just after switching on. Spoke to customer care to return. Which they said is not possible. Replacement with other model is not possible also. You buy it and you are stuck. Questioning my judgement on reliability of ecom.

Here’s an honest review:Pros :Looks wise, it is a smart looking phone. It’s slim, easy to operate using one hand. Light weight.Sound quality for this price is really good.Camera for this price is good as well. It gives very nice crisp pictures during day time.Facebook works smoothly. I however prefer using FB lite as is faster and consumes less Battery.Whatsapp operates smoothly.NOT A GAMING PHONE. PubG will lack although low graphic games will work smoothly.New updates gives you face unlock feature which is pretty okay at this price variant.You get full vision display.I haven’t experienced any heating even while on charge with all apps, Bluetooth and WiFi on.Cons:Battery life is just okay. It will last for a day with medium use.Charging to full takes about 4 hours as it doesnt support fast charging.There is a tiny little lag while switching apps.No fingerprint sensorThe box does not contain a screen guard and back cover. Would have been nice to have that included.

Processor is Exynos 7904, which is less powerful than Snapdragon 636. however, performance is optimized with software and reduced pre-loaded apps.4. No notification LED.5. Lags while multitasking, it takes few seconds to load app. Issue resolved after update.6. Auto brightness doesn’t work properly. After update working properly now.7. No EIS (Electronic Image Stabilization) for front camera while video recording. Actually hardly any phones in this segment have this feature. Samsung should include this feature in future phones to make them stand out!8. As it has plastic glossy finish, attracts fingerprints easily. Get good back cover to solve it.Final Words: If you are someone looking to buy mobile for your parents or daily usage, then this is good choice.Overall, after 6 months, I’m satisfied with the device and would recommend this phone as an all-round device. Gave some issues in the beginning but later resolved via software updates.If need, Will edit review, after using for few days.

Now I am getting more than 1.5 days battery. Around 2 GB free ram. OS is very smooth.After 3 daysDisabled all Samsung inbuild apps and Facebook, After 37 hours from full charging 7 hour screen on time I have around 28% battery left with Jio and bsnl sims.

I bought this phone on first sale. It looks gud, gives u feel in hand, comfortable grip and gud performance during games.But contrary to ther statement of best camera phone, this one is the worst. Rear camera images r blurr, hazzy and if u zoom they r very grainy. Color reproduction is poor. In portrait mode nothing works properly, it can’t differentiate the object from background. In low light degraded performance persists.Talking about front camera images only look gud but when u zoom the images, output is always grainy even in day light. Night images are intermittent u may c same object with same lights n background appears differently some time they r gud but other times they may b out of focus, hazzy and overall images r always grainy.

It blurs the background and gives you a better portrait mode than rear camera.Front camera gives you a bright and clear picture even in low light without requiring a front flash.Battery Backup: It has a decent battery backup, im using this mobile for over a week now and I didn’t find the battery to be disappointing, for a normal usage it lasts for 1.5 days easily and on heavy usage it lasts for 1 day.Performance: It has a normal performance, it will not disappoint you but yes it has an average performance not too fast but till now it never gave me any problem in terms of performance.Looks: This is the major reason why people would prefer buying this smartphone, believe me U1 has premium built quality, attractive shining bright colours and no one can say that its a mid range smartphone by its looks.Unlocking: This is the best thing which I loved about U1. Face unlock is the best it also works in low light, I have used oneplus 5t and face unlock is the same on both the smartphones. Everything is outstanding at this price.. Do not get carried away by the specifications provided by the 10or for the price. I did that mistake. They have seriously compromised on quality and especially no customer care/support.After purchasing 10orG, in few days I started experiencing sudden switch off of the handset. The mobile used to get intermittently off. As time passed the frequency increased and it started happening twice in a day.I decided to give it to support since it is in warranty. And here I discovered the biggest blunder of the 10or company. Company is not at all serious about customer care and no support is provided. They have completely outsourced the support to third party and customers have nowhere to go.They picked up my mobile after couple of follow ups and false promised dates. After pickup you better forget about your mobile. It almost one month and I have no news about my phone.There are three channels 10or mention to get support. 1. Phone, 2. Email and 3. Portal, But looks like all this is outsourced to third party. This third party company agent never has any answer. Every time you call them or write to them they will reply saying “They don’t have update on portal and they will escalate it, you have to wait for 24-48 hrs.”, but nothing happens, next time you call you will get same answer. Even you will notice prompt stereotype reply to the negative reviews, but that is all done by third party Company who are hired to do so. In reality no service no support by 10or.After a month I still don’t know whether I’m going to get my mobile phone back or wait till eternity.My suggestion: Do not get fooled by the 10or company’s price for the specifications provided. Better buy some good brand that care for their customers and are at least catering to their customers directly.Buying 10or phone is total waste of money, please avoid it. Bought At 7k in offer.After A Month of usage i can say that Battery life is amazing there is no hanging problem no heating problem, only problem is its size and little bit heavy

 The phone has everything that is listed here, but the quality is missing. If you’re spending 16000 rupees, you expect at least something in the phone to be top notch in the respective category, but when you take this phone out of the box, it shatters your expectations.1. First impression, very bulky.Yes, the battery is 5000mAh and is bulky, but if the phone feels like a brick in your hand, then it’s not a very well designed phone. Samung also offers 5000mAh but that model is not as heavy as this one.2. The screen is OK. Could have been better as OPPO, Vivo, MI, and Samsung, all are offering better display in the same range.3. The camera! Everyone is going gaga about the camera and even I fell for the reviews. But, believe me, I am a photographer, I know what is a good camera. OnePlus has a good camera, Samsung has a good camera, this phone sucks in camera. The camera is just average. You’ll get the same quality in a 10,000 rupees phone, minus the slow motion feature which is so cheap that any app on Google play can do the job if you have a good quality camera. You experience a 1 sec. lag while starting the recording from the slowmotion camera. Video recording quality is satisfactory.4. 6GB Ram, and your phone still lags. PUBG lags a lot while playing. Frequent framedrops, not smooth gameplay, plus you can’t do bezeled display while playing it. Also, the maximum graphic settings you can play on is medium resolution. Not HD, not HDR, forget ultra HD.5. UI is not very special either. Very boring and uneasy to use.6. The fast charging actually takes 1h+ to charge 80% and more than 2 hours to fully charge the phone.7. Speakers are the worst. Already come with heavy distortion like China Mobile speakers.8. Looks are decent. Feels good to hold the phone. Just a little too heavy.9. The corners take a lot of space, screen space gets reduced from the bottom.10. Works on Android 8.1, no update has been released yet. None that I think might come in future.Don’t waste your money on this phone, instead spend 1-2k more and buy oppo, vivo, Samsung, or any other brand which offer the same specs with better quality. Amazon is looting you.If you don’t believe my review, buy it by going with the positive ones as I did. And after a few days, you’ll be doing what I did. Do not get carried away by the specifications provided by the 10or for the price. I did that mistake. They have seriously compromised on quality and especially no customer care/support.After purchasing 10orG, in few days I started experiencing sudden switch off of the handset. The mobile used to get intermittently off. As time passed the frequency increased and it started happening twice in a day.I decided to give it to support since it is in warranty. And here I discovered the biggest blunder of the 10or company. Company is not at all serious about customer care and no support is provided. They have completely outsourced the support to third party and customers have nowhere to go.They picked up my mobile after couple of follow ups and false promised dates. After pickup you better forget about your mobile. It almost one month and I have no news about my phone.There are three channels 10or mention to get support. 1. Phone, 2. Email and 3. Portal, But looks like all this is outsourced to third party. This third party company agent never has any answer. Every time you call them or write to them they will reply saying “They don’t have update on portal and they will escalate it, you have to wait for 24-48 hrs.”, but nothing happens, next time you call you will get same answer. Even you will notice prompt stereotype reply to the negative reviews, but that is all done by third party Company who are hired to do so. In reality no service no support by 10or.After a month I still don’t know whether I’m going to get my mobile phone back or wait till eternity.My suggestion: Do not get fooled by the 10or company’s price for the specifications provided. Better buy some good brand that care for their customers and are at least catering to their customers directly.Buying 10or phone is total waste of money, please avoid it. Also stay away from Amazon exclusive brands; it seems Amazon is not concerned about the company or its customers.*** UPDATE ***After a month I received the phone, and guess what? Pros:1. Good built looks premium best gifting option.2. Display is best at this price, no pixelation, icons look crisp.3. Touch is good and responsive tried it in rain as well .4: Battery worked for me for 5 days with full brightness in a single charge.Cons:Nothing Much , need bit of software updation in the mobile app but you can accept this at this price point.
