i liked the otg but the otg had a dent in the left side. i dont know whats the issue but i baked a cake and only 1 side its cooked next day roasted a chicken deep inside it was still raw inspite of the correct time and temperature. i am fed up with the purchase. now i dont know if its the fault of my cake tin . but the chicken i kept for more 30 mints n still same issue. i feel cheated and even on vey high degree it doesnt seem that heated.

Its exactly as pictured. There is a manual simple enough to follow.All the parts and the oven itself are sleek.Very satisfied 👍🏼👍🏼

 It is with the greatest disappointment and anger that I am writing this letter to register a complaint against an utterly faulty product that I received. I had placed the order for an OTG oven, the PRESTIGE POTG 36 PCR 1500 WATT Oven on 27 June 2020 which got delivered to me on 30 June 2020.Prima facie, to the casual eye the product looked sturdy and did not have any signs of damage, atleast visibly. I had even tested a few functions for a few minutes the day I received the oven. The very next day( 1 July 2020), I tried grilling a chicken at 200 degrees and set the timer for 50 minutes (Grill option). I had preheated the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees before that. At the 15th minute, I had to take the chicken out of the oven to baste the chicken. The oven door remained closed. A minute after we took the chicken out, the glass door of the oven shattered with a thunderous noise while the shards scattered all over the kitchen. This could very well have been a potential accident with serious consequences had someone been standing very close to the oven! All this just a day after I bought the oven!I had been advised time and again by multiple persons to never buys electronic goods through online portals however tempting the offers they provide. However I made an absolute blunder by blindly trusting the so called ‘name’ and ‘goodwill’ of reputed companies like Amazon and Prestige. I had even overlooked other lesser known companies which gave better offers while selecting the oven just because of the trust that an average Indian consumer has on the so called reputed brands. I ended up paying a heavy price for my indiscretion by receiving a one hundred percent faulty product with such substandard components.I understand that I am entitled to expect things I buy from highly rated online portals and A Grade companies to be of atleast acceptable quality if not the best. This is a serious breach of contract between the consumer and the seller.I am therefore asking you not just for a refund of the amount that I paid in full but also a compensation for the potential hazard that you subjected me to. I would also like to categorically state that I do not want the product to be replaced as I have lost all the trust I have on this brand. I do not wish to spend any more effort or time on the redressal process. I will be forced to seek legal remedy if the redressal process is not initiated with immediate effect. I have already placed a request for the return of the product on Amazon.I hereby enclose all the details of the purchase along with the photographs of the faulty product.

This 19 litre American Micronics Oven has average build quality. It is working but only time will tell how long it will last. Product cannot be returned otherwise I would have returned it.

It’s a short period of use by us. Durability can only be assessed after at least one year use. Otherwise, it is a good alternative to a microwave oven without the negativity of microwave. I am thoroughly enjoying nice pizzas using this oven. Good product.

Good product, Top & Bottom are getting Heated, more thermal insulation required to avoid heat loss & accidents.

OTG honest reviews should be accepted.We received a DENTED OTG that we discovered after unpacking post a month or so. It has been highly annoying.Many customers are reporting similar damaging issues and AMAZON CC is inacessible after a brief suggestion to request PRESTIGE CC to direct AMAZON CC to replace or some other resolution.However thats doubtful to work out. The OTG has thin shelled exterior which is easily prone to DENTS.FOR 3+k the materials can be high quality but somehow it lacks.We havent used it yet, but guess the functionality is intact. The accessories were all present.AMAZON INDIA CC, please do attend to issues and not make us lose our SMILE 🙂

 This is a fairly large oven. Can easily fit a 12 no:s cupcake tray or an 8 inch square baking pan or two 9 “X 4″ bread loaf pans or a circular 9 inch Bundt pan or a combination of the above.Accessories included : Wire / Grill rack, baking / cooking tray, skewers, rotisserie skewers + handle and finally a removable crumb tray. A handle is provided to pick up the hot food tray/ grill rack. ( Please see attached pictures)It has an internal lamp which illuminates the interior when the timer knob is turned on. ( See attached video).The racks and tray can be adjusted between 3-4 positions depending on the size of the container used for cooking or baking.Dimensions: Baking tray – approximately 17 ” X 13.5″. The wire rack easily accommodates a 14 inch cake pan.Internal dimensions: Approximately 17″ wide X 15.5″ deep X 12.5″ high.Have given 4 stars as I haven’t started using the oven yet. Will post updates soon.

 Just got the otg and opened it !! It looks awesome, not yet used it ! Will give an update after using! I don’t know whether the temperature knob comes like this only , because it’s a bit too lose or free while turning, other than that it looks perfect ! But the dealer has not put a stamp on the warranty card 😐 don’t know what to do about that , will contact him soon !
