I usually dont review my orders . Since i read a lot of reviews prior to buy something . So , i decided to contribute from my end too .Coming to the product , its a first popup toaster in our home . When i tried my first toast . They got burnt at setting ‘4’. Then i turned the setting to 1 they again burnt , even prior to pop up automatically . Then in third try i pushed stop button manually so they were somewhat crispy .So , i started toasting bread by manually pushing stop button and not waiting for pop upOnce , the bread started burning and took flames even then they didn’t popped up .Then i placed return request immediately . And started feeling that i wasted money in this pop up toaster .So , i look into toaster and noticed that the central plate was tilted and was touching the grills . That was the reason why my toaster was burning the breads . Then with the help of knife i adjusted the central plate and placed right in between the grills . And i noticed that toaster started functioning alright . And to my surprise it started toasting without any flaws the breads are toasted evenly .Again i want to mention that breads were burning from that area where the central heating plate was touching the grill . And even that made half of the central plate to heat .When i adjusted the plate right in between /centre of grill . All the plate started heating nad glowing .Now i explored other functions of toaster also like reheating . Defrosting . They are helpful too .Now its almost a month while using the same toaster i cancelled my return request . It is working excellent . I toast the bread at setting 3 . It takes 1-2 minutes for the bread to popup .For those who are mentioning its cord is small . It is wrapped on undersurface .It is a simple device . Go for it . I am not giving 5 star only coz its heating regulator knob is not clicky its like smooth fm radio adjusting knob .Take care .I”ll develop habbit of reviewing things .Peace✌️

i liked the otg but the otg had a dent in the left side. i dont know whats the issue but i baked a cake and only 1 side its cooked next day roasted a chicken deep inside it was still raw inspite of the correct time and temperature. i am fed up with the purchase. now i dont know if its the fault of my cake tin . but the chicken i kept for more 30 mints n still same issue. i feel cheated and even on vey high degree it doesnt seem that heated.

Its exactly as pictured. There is a manual simple enough to follow.All the parts and the oven itself are sleek.Very satisfied 👍🏼👍🏼

Convection fan was not working.Called the customer service on the same day I received the oven.Technician came after a week after raising the same complain thrice.He said the fan is not working, return it if possible.Very disappointed with the oven

Otg Glass not properly fitted one corner remains open

Oven size z quite small nt looking lyk a 28L oven and the main thing z tht missing items like handlers and baking tray

This message is especially to seller .. when I started oven 1st time the little smoke came out some wire burning smell with it.. is it normal or there is some problem with OTG? expecting reply for this immediately….
