I had given 5 star because quality is nice but I am an able to use this because you had did a blunder mistake, you had not given the seat on which we can sit. Its really disgusting…., plz provide its soft seat as soon as possible on my address.

The product is so nice and it take hardly 1or 2 hours to set it
Product is good. The setup needs time but it’s not very difficult if you read the manual properly. But one thing I want to bring in notice of the seller is that the delivery executives were very rude and also asked for extra money to deliver it up to my apartment. Even though,there was an elevator, they asked for money because the package was heavy. Gati needs to look into that and make sure these atrocious behaviour is put to end.
Poor quality product, nut and bolt don’t fit. One of handle is bent, so clashes with wheel while operating.Not happy.

I had to call engineer to fix it properly which he refused to come saying he can travel and fix in A class cities only.Assembling is easy, just go through the youtube manual and it wont take much of your energy. The sensor wires are thin and very fragile..so be careful while assembling it. It may Break!!It has 8 level of tension control..you really need to cycle for over 1 hour to feel the heat in your body. For people looking for weight loss…look for cycles which has higher resistance level..it won’t give good results.Resting seat gets uncomfortable wen you sit for longer duration.overall its just okay product…not value for money
Received this cycle today. It took an hour to assemble it. It is so easy to assemble. The machine is lovely, sturdy looking, silent but not for more than 70 kg people.The reason of my disappointment is one missing knot. You can see the empty knot hole in the pictures posted here.
Brought it for my father, he had knee pain to such an extent that he cannot go for a regular walk. My father found it very useful. Using it regularly . Good quality. Easy to fit . Occupies less space . Easy to adjust height & tension.

After seven days of usage the chain is always coming out due to some disturbances inside I think it is waste of money now we are going to some cycle mechanic shop

There is no details to whom we can contact regarding services. It is sold by Cloudtail India Pvt lmt and they don’t attend calls. I would say it’s better invest some more to get better excercise bike and also please check that after sales service is there or not.
The product was delivered to me today and as i unboxed it and started assembling i noticed that the wheel cover was broken and minute scratches here and there. I’ve attached pic for the same.
5 stars for cycle. 2 stars for seller. Received a damaged cycle, maybe in transit. Thankfully I have few tools at home that I used to repair and fit it. Cycle is good. For basic cardio exercise. Don’t pedal too fast. My full family exercises on it daily. The calorie indicator is faulty, so don’t rely on it.
As promised I did not get sweat belt, bag, and skipping rope. This is not at all acceptable , please I want my total products as it was said .Puddle nut is not fixingpH 9177717900

Don’t buy this product.I received faulty product the Monitor is not working(just displaying 0.00, i have connected all the wires as desired) and paddle is in extremely poor quality.And Amazon customer care is saying to contact “Lifeline customer care”. (THIS IS SO NOT EXPECTED FROM AMAZON)Why the hell would i contact lifeline customer care? I ordered this from amazon. Can’t believe amazon is doing this.I was expecting a 100% refund. But I just wasted my Rs. 4500 on this useless product.I am very disappointed.
I faced the following problems within first week1) Seat height asjustment knob was not usable because of the difference in hole size2) After 2/3 days of use the chain came off3) Display stopped working after 4/5 days4) No customer care no or company details available
Very good for use at home. Sturdy. Easy assembly. Display menu options. Recommend it.
Worst experience ever. First, I was given a defective product. I assembled the whole thing and then realized that the resistance knob was faulty. I called up support who insisted I assembled it wrongly. Finally, I got an exchange on Amazon.The new product had missing components including the electrical wire and one knob. This was one of the most frustrating experiences. I am never going to buy anything from this brand, ever again.Also, their assembly manual is terrible. Common sense is more helpful in assembling the product than the instructions the manual provides.Finally, the product was packed atrociously. Both times, the thermocol was broken and scattered along the components. Just the packing makes it prone to damage.DO NOT BUY
please dont bother its a cheap and substandard product and the rotational feel is choppy and absurd please order a more expencive item from a better manufacturer plus i think there is no option to return this junk
It’s just an amazing product. In this lockdown it is being used by my family as we have limited our outdoor visit. It burns your calories perfectly..worth buy.loved it.response from seller is also excellent.

Have been using it for 6 months now, no complaints !!!👍
After running only 200 Km, It’s centre pedals system is generating loud sound. It seems some loose part there. After running 600 kms, air wheel generating some sound like something breaking inside wheel. Only one screw driver was given with kit which cannot open all parts to check this.
