After using 9 month my experience is, the tab is the worst tablet available in the market, I have wasted my money, plzzzzz don’t buy this if u value ur money go for Samsung only..in the long run u will realize this advice

The WiFi was not working when i received the order. Tried to book a replacement online but it was only giving an option to visit iball service. I called customer services hoping to arrange a quick replacement.Was surprised to know that Amazon does not deal with this even if the product was completely faulty and not working, so the only option I have was to visit a service station, about 20km away from my home and get it rectified. The CS agent directly told me that I should have read the t&c and it was my fault (yes, it was). So, after 3 days, I went to the service station, spent 2 hrs, got it working (he opened the tab to find that a wire linking the wifi was faulty and replaced it).The tab is working fine after that. The performance is quite good and so is the wifi ramge. The camera ia ok and everything working as expected. Still would have preferred if i had now received a faulty unit in first place and if Amazon would have been more helpful in dealing with the issue rather than putting the blame on me for not checking tbe policies (which i doubt most people read anyway)

the android functions are good but the volume and output is not upto the mark. Even on full volume the sound is muffled. Attempted several times by changing to other inbuilt options. Guess i am stuck with this Tab 🙁

I am revising my review after use of about 4 months. It appears to be a very low quality product with very bad customer care service. no support, no help. It stopped working on battery and usable only with power, I contacted iball service centre and they refused to repair it as it was purchased from online. on my request for payment they opened and said that the battery given is very old one , finally I paid them Rs 2000 to get battery replaced. fed-up with iball and its service.

The touch sensitivity is too bad, there is a lag in response for touch/press. The product had some scratches on the screen when unpacked. The tab gets heated during charging, definitely not usable while charging.I bought this for a kid, and its not great for kids due to bad lag on touch, and heating issues.Not recommended, spend bit more and buy some other quality brand tab.

except for not so good screen resolution for video, this is great tab. Serves the purpose sp at this price. One thing..5yrs ago from now on, i had bought this tab.. the screen cracks easily if you sit on it. And the repair service centre took 1 month to repair. Now that tab is lost so i again have bought same tab. however i am careful with the screen. otherwise i assure that it is great, does not hang or any tech issues doesnt cause any nuisance

It has 4 GB RAM and a nice display to play games with, but that’s it. Its snapdragon processor is nothing out of the ordinary, its preloaded software is mostly bloatware – including the default CZ File Manager. I am not paying for removal of ads from my file manager coming preloaded with a device I just paid INR 20k for. It doesn’t even come with earphones – it’s just an ordinary phone with a slightly bigger screen. Mi Pad with its Tegra K1 processor gave WAY better value for money @ just under INR 12k. Only if it had more RAM I wouldn’t need to get this thing.Overall, a meh feeling. It does its job and matches its specifications – and not much more.

Believe me you won’t get a better tab anywhere. Lenovo beats everyone in its tab segment. Though a little pricey for 4 GB RAM variant but worth every penny. Good flip case. Only issue is with opening for camera portion.When you try to take picture with flash then this case cover become hurdle for flash light.

The product stopped functioning after one month of its purchase. iBall is not providing customer service and Amazon is not at all entertaining. I became a fool purchasing this with 7200 RS. For display issue and software update, I already gave my s9 cleo iball tablet to iball authorized service station in Pune (near Pune Court ) in March 2020 . Yet to not iball people complete their work and not yet gave back my tablet to me.

I had to reluctantly return it. Thanks a million to Amazon for their generous return policy. They understand that no one enjoys returning something. And online purchase is like almost blind purchase – no one knows the exact look ‘n feel.Anyway, coming to the product: I got it on offer for 12k. It is a strange situation for me coz, it was way better than its immediate competitors (Lenovo & HUAWEI).I was amazed to see it had Gyroscope! And iBall, the seller never mentioned it. Clearly they have no idea about it!Do not trust those stupid reviews with 1 Star- they either have no idea or having vested interests. I can swear that trivial features like display quality, battery, touch etc. etc. are all fine.But at the same time, the model is suffering from many design flaws, which made me to return it.1) Screen brightness: Too bright screen! This was unnecessary for a tablet which mostly used indoor, even at 50%, in a well lit room, you will feel tiring to read book or watch something. And it will hurt your eyes to read books during bedtime (in a dark room). This is because the slider does not dim the screen enough.2) LED torch/flash – its a shame why they put it in the 1st place! Its utterly useless. A Rs. 900 mobile had brighter torch / flash. yes, unbelievable but true.3) Nice, loud stereo speakers, but wrong placement! They were put just like a most smartphones (bottom, portrait orientation). But its a tablet & weighs 500 Gms – one must held it firmly with both hands. So while playing games or viewing Youtube in landscape, you will have both speakers to your right, but wait, the worst part is, you will inadvertently be covering the left (considering portrait orientation) speaker by your right palm!4) Weight : 520 Gms! Whereas HUAWEI is 50 Gms less than this. This matters a lot. I think battery is the culprit here. We could live with a little less backup rather than weightlifting all the time.5) Camera : Both still & Video image quality is very nice, sharp (I used CameraMX app). But again, auto focus is painfully slow. It takes 3 seconds to take a still photo (CameraMX with ‘auto-focus before every photo’ option). The original piece recorded 5 FPS with FHD! Then I requested replacement and it was capturing fluid video in daylight.6) Screen guard: As I said before, iBall is ignorant about their product – well, most Indian brands are alike. Nobody have in-house technical know how. All dumping items straight from China with ready-made customised logo & box. Their 8″ model(Slide) had a screen guard, which was a life saver as nowhere else you will find a matching one. But iBall people did not know about the screen guard! In this MovieZ model, there were two screen guards. One very shiny, which is again covered by a matt finished screen protector. Now, why two guards? I doubt if they know about this because iBall never claims that there are two guards. A tablet(or smartphone) actually needs a matt finished guard, which again, is impossible to find in market. But iBall people rendered it unusable by putting their company logo on it, and asks you to ‘peel off before use’! What a waste!If iBall is reading this, I request them to spare some time for technicalities also. Sit with the actual OEM in China, do some brainstorming and resolve these ‘minor’ issues.

Call clarity pretty good. Can also put on speaker mode or connect headset if it’s unease to hold up a large device..2, Software is well optimised and get an update as soon as network is enabled..3, Screen guard, Pouch, in the ear headphones bundled..4, No overheating issues & no lags on whatever we are doing. It’s basically because of low end quad core processor & so is enough for tab users..5. Bright Vivid display with great viewing angles..6, Camera both rear and front pretty good. Not expect our 10k smartphone camera clarity..7, So many positive reviews from verified buyers..8 , There’s 10 days refundable/ replacement policy for this device on Amazon. ( Saved my money ).CON.The only one part which forced me to return this device. (May be it’s only a problem with my unit)..The battery stood good from 100% to 25%. Then within seconds it dropped to 15% , then suddenly to 3% and then shunt down..This problem recurred multiple times and I was hopeless and safely returned the device with a sad heart..Hence it’s up to you, it’s the best bang tab below 10k and thoroughly check your device for 10days to make sure you got the good one..So that’s it guys, if you like my review do Mark the ” Helpful ” option below. &…You owe me a smile…

The feed back I like to share on performance, and software.. it has lot of bloating apps , ads pop-ups don’t know how to stop, battery life is 8 hours if not using very frequent, little heavy compared to samsung tablet of same size ..Could have been better on software front.. may be some chalange with android 7 this the only reason for 2*.. scan with kasperskey and found one Trojan in a iball/src folder,not able to clean tried to disable but starts with every reboot

Writing this after usingfor about 2 monthsI use a OP6t and this powerbank helped me charge my phone to 80% from about 5% 4 times during my trip to Kedarkantha in Feb.Was left in the first pocket of my backpack and survived a max of -12 degree for about 3 days.Great product.
