Good laptop at this price. Amazon courier service is not much good I received sms and mail that laptop is handed to me but in actual I do not received it…. So after making call to support then my issue solved…..Apart from that laptop is goodIf you are using Windows in it then nake sure you are having its driver otherwise it creates little bit problem. I am using it for CAD design. My software is running well on I need to increase Ram by 4 gb
Product is nice and except touch pad i didn’t find any other issue. Touch pad is bit slow and produce delay even after change the setting to “No Dealy” .Apart of the device, i am facing the warranty date issue and which was already been register on Dell site with 3 month prior of my system warranty expiry date. This is completely goes to the seller and i want Amazon to take strict action on this.
